- 5/20 Golf Tournament at Chalk Mountain, shotgun start at 9am
- 5/20 Board Meeting 3pm-5pm (the agenda will be available in 2027)
- 5/20 Exhibitor setup from 2:00pm
- 5/20 Welcome Reception and Exhibits 5:30-8pm
- 5/21 Education Session and Exhibits 7am-3pm (schedule available in 2027)
- 5/21 Reception and dinner with live/silent auctions 5:30pm-9pm
- 5/19 and 5/20 Be sure to visit the cash pop-up bar outside near the bocce courts and horseshoe pits! The bar will be open Wednesday and Thursday evening following our events.
Get ready for an incredible experience as we return to the stunning Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles! This meeting promises to be action-packed and is tailored specifically for our dedicated West Coast Chapter members—designed by members, for members. It’s our chance to unite, collaborate, and inspire one another.
We encourage members to invite any general contractors, engineers, or other industry colleagues to attend. Aaron Thomas, Keller, is planning a great education session for the group and the chapter continues to sponsor students and professors to attend.
Speaking of dinner, this is THE fundraising event for the chapter and the WCC Industry Advancement Fund. Please plan on bringing an item for the auction and/or plan on bidding! Our generous sponsors make these meetings successful – thank you for your continued support!

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to beckypatterson@adscwest.org. Requests received after March 12 will be subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds after April 16, 2027.
